Tradition meets fun. Employees from Leoben and Gaishorn gathered once again this year at the Freizeitzentrum Zechner for the traditional Klementifeier.

Saint Clement, the patron saint of woodworkers whose feast day is celebrated on November 23rd, has held a firm place in our company’s annual calendar for decades. We are therefore all the more delighted that our Klementifeier took place again this year.

Richard Stralz, CEO of Mayr-Melnhof Holz Holding AG, welcomed the employees and took a look back at the year 2025. In his review, the highlights and successes of the year 2025 were presented. Owner Franz Mayr-Melnhof-Saurau expressed his sincere thanks to all employees for their tireless dedication and outstanding work over the past year.

An excellent buffet was topped off with sweet delicacies from the Süße Boutique. During the Christmas tree raffle, seven Christmas trees were raffled off – the winners were drawn by our two “lucky angels,” our owner Franz Mayr-Melnhof-Saurau and his wife Patricia Mayr-Melnhof-Saurau. Entertainment was well provided for: nail games, a basketball shooting machine, and a photo booth made for plenty of fun and many amusing moments. Of course, a dance or two could not be missed, led by our line-dance girls. The evening was musically accompanied by a DJ.

An all-around successful Klementifeier where tradition met fun and community spirit took center stage.
